Well Guys i have found a glitch in the stat rings to create more than u actually deserve, therefor the npc has been removed and in order to get the 30k rings u must go to gm's and ask prefereably AngAngx3 cause Ang knows more about it. However it will be manually done from now on, because the glitch has to be stopped~GatchaManiac
